I love the Active Adults and Aqua class , the trainers are so good that you can move every parts of your body. They can improve our balance and strength.
The facility is in clear need of regular maintenance, which appears to have been neglected. Black mould has been present on the ceiling in the main workout area for quite some time without being addressed. The air conditioning is broken and has been replaced with large, noisy fans. The carpet is old, worn, and has an unpleasant odour. Equipment is frequently out of order with no clear schedule for repairs. Given these ongoing issues, referring to this gym as “Platinum” seems entirely unjustified.
