I really enjoyed this Pilates class. As a Lina’s client for many years, it was wonderful to experience her Pilates class and teaching style. The cues were clear, the flow was well structured, and the class was challenging yet enjoyable. I left feeling strong, stretched, and refreshed.
I had my Pilates reformer class with Lina and loved it! Lina was very patient and explained everything clearly, making it very beginner friendly! The class was well paced, and I felt comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!
Never went to fitness first gym but disappointed in them partnering with bluefit swimming the employees are very rude and the floors are never mipped please bring back fitness foray swimming
Hello? I just came in for a reformer Pilates trial. The class was alright, very fast pased, if you have never used a reformer you would have struggled so much. Even with a bit of knowledge on it I still struggled. The main problem was afterwards, a male redhead worker immediately assumed we wanted to join up, we made it quite clear we would think about it and told him our concerns, he kept pushing us and made it weird to just walk away.
