Visiting family in the area and geez, what a joke. No aircon. The oldest spin bikes I have seen at a FF - and that's saying something, given the old stock I am used to at my home club in Deakin. So much for a workout, I did a lap of the (way too hot) gym floor and walked out.
I’m still a member at this gym, but my whole family has seen how bad it’s become. The place is dirty, the equipment is old and broken, and there’s no proper ventilation. One of the PTs her name Sogand is Unprofessional, poor skills, rude attitude, and seems more interested in personal relationships with male members than actually training people. It’s ridiculous how hot this gym always is. The air conditioning is rarely, if ever, on, and it makes workouts almost unbearable. For the price members pay, basic comfort like proper temperature control should be a priority. It feels like management just ignores this ongoing issue. Please fix the air conditioning — it’s unacceptable to train in these conditions!
I have been going to Fitness First six times a week for nearly 2 years and it is worth the money. The staff there are very professional, friendly and helpful. It is the best gym that I have experienced in my life. If the gym if being renovated, I can always go to another Fitness First in the area. Sogand is an amazing trainer, truly dedicated to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals. She always corrects posture to prevent injuries and even checks on meal plans to keep you on track. Highly recommend her!. Thanks Sogand for your dedication and efforts to help me achieving my goals
