Would literally give this 0 stars if possible. DISGUSTINGLY BUSY like 6am and the gym is physically packed like sardines. How anyone gets a semi decent workout done in there before or after work is beyond me. Disgraceful, like have a cut off for how many memberships you give out so that people can actually get shit done?

I had a really disappointing and uncomfortable experience at Fitness First Bondi Spring St. I went in with a 7-day pass that my partner had organised for me, and I was genuinely looking forward to trying out the gym. I have edited my review, as I have started joining the reform Pilates classes, which are great. That is all I do at Fitness First. If you are looking for a gym then you should explore other gym options.

I signed up for Fitness First Bondi Springs under a promotional offer that allowed cancellation within the first 7 days. I cancelled my membership within that window, submitted all required details via email, and was told there would be no charges. Despite this, I was charged four times over the following weeks…even after calling the club twice and being assured a refund was being processed. Today, I was charged yet again.
