I absolutely love this gym the staff are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the atmosphere makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The classes are fantastic, and I've genuinely enjoyed every session I've taken. A special shout-out to Meri and Rhiannan, who are both amazing Reformer Pilates instructors. This place is a scam, do not sign up here. They still won't let me cancel my subscription even though I called them 3 times (differents days) during my cooling-off period stating that I wanted to cancel, and they just keep stalling. I have recordings of these phone calls. They actually asked me what kind of company does cancellations over the phone, giving me the runaround and saying they would leave it to the manager to handle.
