This gym is an absolute embarrassment to the brand. Weight machines don’t even have pins on them, making the unusable. There is zero cleaning - the bathroom looks like a war zone. All the weights are in the wrong places and there is rubbish everywhere. Westfield itself should close down this horror show A genuine question - how difficult is it to hire an actual cleaner? Worst gym ever. Staff are rude and unwilling to listen to genuine complaints. Avoid at all costs

I thought I’d give Fitness First a try because i was confused whether to join your gym or AF, since i just had free trial at AF as well. and let me tell you, I’m still traumatised. There’s a huge difference between Fitness first and AF. I had a free trial with you, and it was anything but welcoming. The reception staff? I felt like they were counting down the seconds for me to leave. No one showed me around the gym, which was a huge letdown considering it’s in Bondi Westfield.
