Never join this fraud organization. They never said me about $245 payment if i wish to cancel the membership. They influenced me when I was passing on George Street and by regular calls. If I dont want to pay $245, I have to transfer for $39 to other customer. This means they just want someone to pay their wages or rents. Nothing more. Very disappointing experience. I signed up but never collected my card, never used the gym, and never accessed any facilities. Despite this, I was charged $31 every week. When I asked to cancel and request a refund, I was told I wouldn’t get any refund and that I still have to pay cancellation fee. This feels unfair and misleading. Please read the contract very carefully before signing up I wouldn’t recommend this gym based on my experience.
Great gym with good equipment range and top location next to Australia square.
Their club manager Cameron is incredibly inappropriate and arrogant when communicating with members.
I've been a member of fitness first for many years but yesterday was the first time I've been to Bond Street and it is by far the biggest and best ff gym I've been too
