Good Gym for sure, but it can be improved in the following: - Very dirty changing room/toilets. It needs to be cleaned multiple times, cmon!!! - Several machines not working
This gym is huge, nice spacings between equipment, a few odd things like fixed weight barbell racks in a tight corner (why?). Like many gyms it could use more plates for barbells. Closed on weekends (plenty of nearby FFs and other alternatives for Fitness Passport etc. but it's still a pity this one doesn't do weekends.
Staff is not helpful at all, kind of rude especially the manager. Needed help for unsubscribing information and literally had to go through an argument. Not the kind of situation you think you would have to go through as a customer. Plus the gyms aren’t that great. You can find way much better equipment in other brands. I don’t recommend it.
Josh signed me up, honestly one of the best possible people that could have signed me up. I never knew this gym was the biggest in Sydney! From the first second he was so inviting it went from having a free pass to suddenly touring the gym to signing up… it was all so quick and smooth it couldn’t have been easier. He had such a great energy it was so motivating to actually wanna achieve my goals and sign up. Thank you Josh and the team for such a warm welcome. Can’t wait to start my fitness journey :)
