Great gym, classes are really good. HYROX class is a really good work out with friendly people and staff!
A nice, clean gym. A 7.30am session and lots of people inside doing pre-work workouts. Plenty of machines (TechnoGym), loose weights and treadmills to choose from, and floor space to work around. One machine ‘out of use’ - leg press (03.09.24). The pool and surrounding area is clean and very busy with the early morning swimmers. 1 jacuzzi out of 2 working, but plenty of space to use it.
