Good Gym, Smaller Location This is one of the smaller locations of Fitness First. However, they do still have all of the basic gym equipment provided at other locations. This one seems to get less crowded than say Rockville or Bethesda in the evening which makes it preferable. The staff are friendly and the equipment is in good shape. Great value for the money!
