Just started my first challenge with them. Everyone's been very kind and motivating! Family owned and operated, newbie friendly! The owners and trainers really know their stuff.
I have been training at Fitness First with Ernesto for about 7 years. It has been so impactful for my life. He has helped keep me young through a variety of strength training, metabolic conditioning and mobility training. I had knee replacement surgery just over one year ago. I am able to do things physically that I never thought I would be able to do again. I owe it to the incredible knowledge, care and training methods Ernesto has trained me with. I am forever grateful to Ernesto and Fitness First.
