Best gym in town.
If I could give a rating of higher than 10 stars than I definitely would. The encouragement and motivation is beyond amazing. When I first started going there I used my walker and over time I gained a new sense of confidence. The first day that I walked into the gym without my walker one of the trainers came over told me how proud they were of me. The encouragement from each team member has given me a lot of motivation. Fantastic gym. Went there all 2 years I was stationed at Mountain Home AFB
This is an amazingly complete GYM. Many different classes are offered. Every physical level has a opportunity to find the RIGHT class.
