It's one thing to have a good bike shop, and it's quite another to have a great place to go for all of your bike, running, and swimming needs. The owners and staff are not just friendly, but invested with their clients and their success and enjoyment of the product and sports that they serve. Having experienced people to guide me through all of the questions and needs that come up has been a huge help. This is a one of a kind place and is a great resource for anything you need!
Great triathlon shop with well-stocked inventory, fair pricing, and friendly owners. Its nice to find a shop with a knowledgeable and efficient high-end bike mechanic who communicates well and clearly wants to help customers without the attitude found in some bike shops.
Robin and John are amazing. I bought my Cervelo from them in April - my husband and I were there for 6 hours getting my bike set up and other items purchased. John was very patient with us and did a great job fitting me to my bike. Just last week I ordered a new wetsuit and they gladly shipped it to me so I could use it this Saturday (I live 2 hours away). Even though it's a 2 hour drive from my house I am a forever customer and will make the drive for the service John, Robin and their assistant Samantha provide.

I really can't say enough good things about this place. They gave me a great deal on my first Tri bike and have provided unbelievable service after the sale. They make you feel at home when you drop in and understand that we can't just drop our bikes off for a couple weeks in the middle of Ironman training. If you are looking for a bike, I'd say you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't give these guys a shot at your business.
I live in madison, wi. I'm contemplating moving to Spokane just cause of fitness fanatics, group rides, swims, and runs are not free here!
