The Fitness Factory Somerset is a great, well equipped local gym with friendly members and staff.
Not sure why they have the cleaning staff mopping the treadmills at 10:30 am. Went to use the treadmill and it was wet and slippery. Also I think the membership price is too high. I pay $30 a month and I still can’t bring a guest. The price increased $5 for the new extension room which should be an option to upgrade. You get way more perks at planet fitness for $25 than $30 here.
Phenomenally well run gym. Clean, friendly staff and the best lifting equipment around. they are expanding and appear to be expanding their clientele. That said, I think their current members would gladly support a price increase if it helps maintain the same high standards of cleanliness, service, and atmosphere, while avoiding the overcrowding issues that often plague big box gyms.
