I'm only in town for 2 weeks, And Jay worked with me to set up a one-time cash payment. Has all the machines you could ever need. Jay is amazing and set me up with the exact weight workout I needed. Highly recommend for serious workouts.

Best gym in Okeechobee and beyond! You can tell the owner knows what he’s doing - they’ve got every machine or piece of equipment you could need (and no extra junk). And the owner, Jay, provides a ton of great fitness and diet advice tailored to your fitness goals. I’ve been going for years, and it looks better than ever before. Nice and clean. The guy who takes out the trash is funny and handsome too.
This is the gym you want to come to in Okeechobee. Place absolutely rules. Everything you would want ranging from beginner to advanced lifter. Environment was very chill when I went. Owner was awesome. Guy explained all of their options to me and how to make it easier on myself to come in since I am not local. I go to a lot of gyms, this one is 10/10.
