TO MY SURPRISE, MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED OVER 1,500.00 DOLLARS FOR SERVICE I NEVER RECEIVED. THE MANAGER IN VAIN HAS PROMISED ME TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE.
