Love it . Old school gym but really effective
The ultimate old school gym experience. Every time I walk in the front doors, I expect to be greeted by Arnold and Lou Ferrigno. The owners are great people, and Carter treats all of us like family. The equipment is as old as the building, but works as good as it did 50 years ago. The best part is definitely the price. Rates are the best in the area, and it’s never crowded. The only thing that I’d change about this gym is the “staff”, but fortunately the gym pretty much runs itself when Carter isn’t in. 10/10 recommend this ... read more
