GoodStuff The gym is great all around. I've been out of shape for awhile and coming into the gym I was nervous but the professional staff were extremely helpful. Just a great all around environment, nice relaxed people and lots of equipment. Really clean locker and steam rooms make it a great place to take a break after work before getting on with my evening. Some pretty hot girls are regulars which doesn't hurt too much either. All around an awesome place to be a member
Clean And Friendly The Fitness Factory is one of the very few gyms to last in this area. It is due to the fact they are constantly upgrading their equipment and have a highly competent staff. They have just expanded and are now the largest facility around.The staff is helpful and friendly and an owner is always on premises. An excellent choice.
