His knowledge of health & fitness and his motivational personality are the things that keep me coming back. The Group training sessions are amazing. Great place to work out. Conveniently located off the expressway. The ambiance is pleasant
I really like this gym! The 24-hour access is super convenient, and I love that it doesn’t get overly crowded like other places. They have everything I need, with a good variety of machines and equipment to choose from. The gym is always clean for a warehouse-style space—I’ve never found the restrooms dirty, which is a big plus. As a beginner just starting out, I’ve felt really comfortable here. Definitely recommend!
Great Protein Bowls, waffles, shakes etc. I recommend you guys check this place out, not only do you get a good workout but if in need of protein or energy drinks you got it there for the right price. 10/10 recommend the protein waffles 🤤
No annoying/narcissistic social media addicts who waste time at equipment..the place to get your paper!!!
