I can't say enough good things about Paul and Jaime! Not only is the facility top-notch, but they go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for every member. Recently, I had an issue and the owner personally took the time to help me out. This level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated. If you're looking for a gym that offers exceptional service and a great workout environment, look no further than Fitness Express. Highly recommend!

I like that it is right here in Toledo, is open 24 hours a day and they have all of the exercise equipment that I would need.

Very good small gym. Normally not a lot of people here, which is highly preferential for me!
