I started with Fitness Explosion Elite Training back in April 2025 and when I tell you I love it. The workout classes are explosive and fun. I can really say this gym is so much fun I will be here for a really long time. I started at wearing a XL shirt and now I'm in an Large shirt. Thanks to coach Mugz The Celebrity and Nikki the get you right trainer. If you are looking for a new home gym come check it out you will not be disappointed

If I could leave more stars I would! I have lived in Vacaville for 5 years now and I have searched high and low for a gym that I love. I finally found it at Fitness Explosion! I love the various workout options and times they have available. It feels good to go in, get a great workout, hear some inspiring words and then head out for the day.
