I took a Dumbbell Rock class with my coworker and we had so much fun. Would highly recommend this place. The energy was great!

I started with Fitness Explosion Elite Training back in April 2025 and when I tell you I love it. The workout classes are explosive and fun. I can really say this gym is so much fun I will be here for a really long time. I started at wearing a XL shirt and now I'm in an Large shirt. Thanks to coach Mugz The Celebrity and Nikki the get you right trainer. If you are looking for a new home gym come check it out you will not be disappointed
