Coach Mugz was very hands on throughout my sessions over the summer. He helped me put on some muscle and get more explosive for my college soccer season.
I've been going to Fitness Explosion Elite Training for 8 years. Dulon, aka Mugz, has been a great inspiration and motivator. Always upbeat and encouraging. He modifies the exercises to your needs especially if you have an injury. He gives us great tips on diet and nutrition and always encourages us to eat healthy. There's no other gym I would want to go to for my workouts!!
