I became a member of FitnessExperience in June 2018 after completing a six weeks challenge that I began April 17, 2018. I lost 20lbs (6 of which was water weight and 14 lbs of fat) in four and half months. I felt truly amazing for this accomplishment as a 50yr old. At this gym we do not only focus on losing weight but we’re also focused on building the muscle that ladies lose every decade as they get older. Not only for us fighters, but he also is 100% fully committed and dedicated to running the best women’s fitness program in Fayetteville!
