People and coaches are nice. Left to a different gym for a month and found myself back here for the atmosphere. Lost my old monthly rate But everyone is like extended family here so it’s still nice. Wish was an open gym only option but is what it is. Owners listen to feedback
Dropped in while visiting the area and saw they offered hyrox training, so I gave it a shot. Great experience. The setup felt legit and the people were super welcoming. You could tell they take training and hyrox seriously but still make it fun for everyone. I've been to a few hyrox or crossfit gyms and this one had a solid mix of energy, coaching, and community. If you're near Roanoke or Fort Worth and want to try a real hyrox style workout, this is a great spot. I'd definitely come back.
