Not been to this location in at least a year. Since the name change, all these old fitness evolutions have gone WAY down hill. They expanded theor crossfit area...boooo which is 1 reason i left inshape. Tbey got rid of the tanning booth n water massage. Sad to see a good gym go downhill.
I have been over charged on my membership for four months. I noticed four months ago and complained twice to the local gym and twice to corporate via the website. I finally got a response when I posted on the corporate facebook page. I had the $9.99 account with four referrals, $5.99 should be my monthly bill. They have been charging me $13.99. They are telling me my referrals quit, which they didn't, and they have no explanation for the other extra charge. This issue has still NOT been resolved.
I liked the staff and the kettlbell class!
