Great facility but TERRIBLE accounting department. I gave written notice to cancel my membership in April 2017 for my wife and myself. June, only one membership payment had been cancelled. Visited the gym to have the issue corrected-assured all memberships were cancelled and no more deductions from my account. One more visit to the gym and 3 phones calls regarding the issue-February 2018 another deduction from my account. This is a racket-I wouldn't recomend this group to anybody!
Club members have been waiting outside waiting for the doors to open at 7am. All the lights are off and no Fit Republic employees in sight. This new ownerahip seems to be unreliable, non-communicative and inconsistant.
Horrible. Sabrina Sapp should be fired immediately. She is a liar and a manipulator.
