I called them many times way before pandemic happened and no one is answering the phone. So I finally left a voicemail to let them know I’d like to cancel my membership. Still no one called back. Then pandemic happened. And they’re closed. Which is fine. No charges made on my account. And today, I see one! I called the number on the website and it says it’s disconnected. So disappointing that you can’t reach anyone.
Customer Service is not the best but the most craziest thing is that they steal your money without any concern. Do not sign up at Fit Republic. Fit Republic if you read me, please improve the way you train your staff, the way you treat your customer, and be clearer on your contract. Scamer.
Very disappointed with the quality of support I got at this gym. The account was canceled months ago, yet we were still charged for November and December. We got in contact with the on site manager, Jacob Schneider, and he was unable to come up with solution for refund. Horrible costumer service, you’re better off with Planet Fitness.
Terrible customer service. Antioch location closed and was told my membership would be canceled. I never step foot in a fit republic after that but turns out I’ve been charged monthly since then. Asked for it to be canceled Which was done. and if I could get my money back they simply kept saying no and that it couldn’t be done. Couldn’t talk to anyone about it! Cool.
