Great personal gym where everyone knows your name!
Sam Lucio is the best trainer ever. My husband and I worked with him for many years before we retired and he helped us set up a fitness routine that is wonderful.
Awesome gym with awesome, motivating people particularly Brian who is very meticulous and inspiring with his cute smile. Love it.
Motivating and intense, just what I need.
Brian got me my body back! Not only did he work with me to get me in great shape, he was able to do it while I was recovering from a knee injury. Always a positive environment at the gym. I never feel out of place there. Brian is kind and professional. I have had the pleasure of working out with Katie too. She is also professional and kind. For the first time in my life I love going to the gym. I’ve been going for more than 2 years now and I miss it the days I am not able to go.
