Pros: - Price is good (was paying 30$ per month) - Lots of equipment, I never had to wait for any - Staff was easy to work with

Not a customer centric team. They are closing the gym in Feb and not even refunding registration fees to members who joined in January. When new members join they are bound to a 1 Year binding period. Now that the management is closing the gym they should likewise refund registration fee to any member who joined 1 Year before their closing date. Such politicized reflect a cash focused approach vs. Customer.

Great facility with a fantastic community of members. Attentive and personable staff and management that have gone above and beyond with their service many times. I came out of the gym in the winter to a powerless car battery. A staff member cared for my child in their daycare while one of the owners helped boost my vehicle. Thank you Fitness Etc.

A few odities in their customer service. 1. Called on a Tuesday around 11am and talked to a lady on the phone about their pricing plans since they aren't listed on the website. She told me that I have to come to the club to discuss them in person. 2. Called again the next day (Wednesday) assuming the person I talked to was maybe a new employee, the lady I talked to this time told me the pricing, no issues at all and suggested I swing by to check the place out after Christmas. 3.
