Love companies that have excuses: "wasn't my fault, ex-receptionist took down the wrong information, trucking company was horrible...." This is the first time I took to write a comment (sorry, second since I just reviewed the non-delivery company) about the inefficiency of any company. Now my attorney has to get involved and more time and money will be wasted. Complete joke and waste.
Fitness Equipment Source is a great company to work with. I purchased a used treadmill and it runs great! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for fitness equipment. Great customer service!
I wish I would have read the other comment before dealing with Mark and his company ..wow what a horrible way to do business - my story of frustration is just to long to go into. The equipment that received from this company was not only extremely rough but broken and incomplete. I ordered a Half Rack With Olympic Platform (New) when it arrived it did not have the mats for the platform ....
