You won’t regret training here.
I have known Dave for a long time and never trained with him before. I have always had sky high fitness goals but never seemed to be able to reach my goals. Once I started training with Dave slowly I started to see my goals getting closer and closer. Not only is Dave one of the best trainers I have ever had, he is a little diet/fitness encyclopedia walking around. He is full of knowledge. The equipment he has in his gym is top notch and the hours of operation are also amazing. Thanks Dave for all you do ;)
This gym is one of a kind. There are many fitness places out there but you do not get the same type of trainers that you do here. All of the trainers are very passionate about what they do and you can tell they love their jobs. Dave has been in this field of work for a really long time and he tries his best to help you meet your goals. Whether that be in a group setting or one on one. They have new equipment, and the gym is very clean. It might be a little on the pricey side, but its well worth the money spent.
