I really like Fitness East. It's super chill and has everything you need. I know this is a given since this place is very old, but there are cockroaches EVERYWHERE. All the time. I see at least one (dead or alive) every time I go. I found a roach on my backpack today. Otherwise it's great!

Not the flashiest gym, but it's the kind of slightly run down gym where a person can get in shape and learn a lot about themselves. If you're looking for a gym to work this is it. The crwc is great if you're looking to hang out or drink a smoothie but if you're trying to get big or get bigger Feast is the secret.
