I joined this gym while traveling for work and had a great experience. Ken and his team were stellar from day one. The facility was clean, the equipment was well-maintained, and the selection rivaled most big-box gyms. It offered everything I needed without the high price tag. Definitely a great value for the price, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to train.

I have trained in every Golds, Worlds, Planet Fitness, and every mom and pops in between for 40 years now. I am a competitor bodybuilder and personal trainer. I have used every piece of gym and cardio equipment known to man. Never, ever in my 40 years of training have I had an employee call me out for anything, and no less, for how I was walking on a track treadmill. Five stars very friendly staff very friendly customers let me sign up afternoon came on vacation last minute $25 for a week pass. Dominic was amazing. Can’t recommend enough. No barbells, no deadlifts allowed.
