Best Trainer/Motivator – Fitness Defined is a wonderful place to get the knowledge and know how of what you need to get the body that you want. I will always appreciate my trainer, Amy, being there to celebrate my successes and catch me when I fell, and get me back on track of where I need to be. Fitness Defined has World Class Trainers! – The trainers at Fitness Defined are fabulous. I have seen measurable results in a very short time, and results are fuel for motivation. Philip is a top notch trainer. He is very good at helping me set goals, and he encourages me to work hard. He varies my workouts so I am never bored. He is very good at pushing me to my limits without burning me out. I highly recommend the staff at Fitness Defined. Best training anywhere! – Over the years I've had a number of trainers at a few different clubs. I've been at Fitness Defined for over a year now and it's the only place I've seen the results I wanted and met all of my goals. It's very impressive how they modify workouts to everyone's specific needs and goals. Great Trainers!! – This is the place to go if you are wanting to get fit. The trainers here are among the highest educated and know what they are doing. They really cared about my sessions and what I was doing. Kicked my butt, but that is what I needed!

Best trainers in the Valley!! – This father/daughter team is so highly educated and trained. They really know their stuff. If you are looking for a personal trainer that will push you to be the best you can be, these are the people for you. Highly recommended!!!!!
