Best gym ever! It is unlike any other gym I've seen and has a very positive vibe. Dan is an excellent trainer and positive person. Highly recommend :)

Did some personal sessions with dan, he is a legend and a good friend of mine now. Can’t recommend him enough, did a 12 week program about 2 years ago and it gave me all the tools I needed to take training more seriously by myself.
Daniel Wooton is an exceptional trainer; not just for the body but also for the mind and soul. He's extremely passionate about what he does and dedicated the last 15y of his life to studying, implementing & perfecting all health & fitness things and it definitely shows. I love our 1on1 sessions and this is the first gym I can't wait to get back to. I am truly grateful for accepting, training and tolerating me & my whinging haha
