Early am is pretty busy but still able to get a workout in
20/10!!! Great place for family or hitting the gym solo. Great equipment. Very friendly staff! My son loves the track and racket ball.
Awesome place, awesome staff. Awesome equipment. Mens locker room has nice new saunas wet and dry bunch of room to change and get ready. Big cardio room with a good walking path around it. Most workouts could be done at home with the right able minded, but some do require machines that this gym provides. I'm not sure why people have anything bad to say. If you don't like kids around, then it should be mentioned to the staff in person, and if the equipment isn't good enough, the Y charges more for their place. Maybe ya should... read more
Been here with friends a few times and know several people who workout here. VERY little equipment. The big issue myself and people I’ve spoke to have is that management also allows little kids to be running around on the gym floor unsupervised constantly. The amount of nights I’ve been in here and kids are all over the machines and being in the way is insane. Which is really saying something considering not being a full time member. They use an excuse that it’s because they have some kind of kids gymnastics class, but that ... read more
