Great fitness location. Plenty of parking and also bike racks in the park. Shaded in afternoons and has a bench and water fountain right by the fitness court. Equipment holding up well.

Calisthenics workout oasis. Typical national fitness campaign equipment. All equipment in good condition as of July 2025. Open to anyone, don't hesitate to join in with others.

This is the coolest outdoor gym I’ve ever encountered, let alone at all. They’ve got functional exercises for every major muscle group. They’ve even got modifications for calisthenics exercises (e.g. shelves on the wall for pull-ups)! I can’t believe they even have rings, at different heights. Amazing. The best thing? It is public and it is FREE. They should install these all over the country.

Very cool place to exercise! Located within Addenbrooke Park in Lakewood, it has 2 parking lots. There is an open field to play soccer, trails around a small pond that I've seen quite a few swan swimming in during summer. The fitness court is located near the parking lot and is close to an old house that only has a chimney left and an art installation called echoes and Reflections. Very cool place to be active and cool exercises on the fitness court!
