Love this place. And Noelle is a great trainer here
Don't believe anything they say! There are multiple accounts on the BBB site, 3rd party sites and even local/national television news stories of these same practices being common with this company.
It's apparently illegal to squat parallel
Friendly and great weight facility for beginners to gym rats.
Make sure that if you get a trainer to know all the facts about what you are agreeing to because they will charge you unexpectedly.
Nice equipment
great gym! even better since the expansion. always clean (!), more machines w/ trx, daycare, cycling and group exercise. 24 hours except for saturday and there is a gnc right next door.
2 squat racks in the whole place and ole boy has to curl in one for a half hour 😕🔫
Great value and location but some of the older machines are pretty rickety
