In May 2018 I cancelled my membership to join another gym. Our auto payments were on a CC that we never used. We sat down with Eloy (sales mgr at FC), he helped us send our cancel request and email, then informed us that everything was complete and thanked us for our time at their gym. This gym is a joke!! Dont waste your time or your money. I signed up for personal training 3 times a week, when my trainer quit the GM was suppose to call me and set something up with another trainer. Two months later....no call back, although i have called everyday. I go in to speak to her...she is not there!! I call their corporate number..my pt number isn't registered so they cant help me. $380 a month still comes out my account because I "signed a contract" but i get no service.
