Great staff, great gym.
Vincent and Melissa are awesome! They are very welcoming and engage with their customers.
Although the staff and the facility are fine, I had a very bad experience because I asked for membership cancellation at the front desk, but the fee was charged up to four months later. Only after calling customer services, the membership was cancelled, but the value paid has never been refunded.
Ryan at the front desk was great!! Had a good workout too!
Vincent is really helpful at the front desk, he helped me when my phone was dead!
