I have joined CF gym and it is the most wonderful gym that I have ever joined along side of their gym fees. They have great amenities. They also have personal trainers. I had obtained a personal trainer. His name is Mike Clarke he is very professional and makes a point to create a workout plan for you individually. If you have injuries or you just haven’t worked out ever he is the man to ask for. He’s always there and paying attention to every little detail to make sure you’re doing your workout, right

I have been coming to this gym since we moved here 5 years ago and I absolutely love it here. The staff is very understanding, Professional and kind. The gym is always very well maintained and clean and overall has a great vibe. I never understand the reviews that people give for this gym and I honestly think it has something to do with a personal situation.
