It's a door behind the old arena. It doesn't always open right on time for advertised opening hours, so if it's locked, just try a little later. Good equipment, mats, dumbbells, etc... bathroom, change room. Indoor shoes only, the front area by the door gets pretty gravelly. They got cubbies and coat hooks. I wish they sold more shirts with their logo, that would be sweet to own one.
