Started a month ago now .So far I am only doing the pool exercises but for me that' s good! 4 x"s a week. But they do have so many other things- classes; excersise equipment ! The place is huge and the personal are there to help. Best thing to ever have in Thibodaux and for the cost it is all quite worth it!!!
The FC has improved my balance, strength and stamina . The classes and facility are top notch and they are constantly improving.
