I just started going and I enjoy it.Michael was very nice and started me out with a good work out plan! I can't wait to do a Aqua Class and do some laps in the pool.And explore other classes they have.The front desk employees are so nice,every employee that I have talked to has been so nice and helpful..plus the people who are working out there have been so friendly!!! And of course very clean!!!
Just joined and mostly doing the water classes right now - all instructors have been great and so far lots of class choices - also enjoy the sauna. The gym area is well equipped and not over crowded
Very clean. Lots of different classes to take no matter your mobility. I like walking the track and using the pool.
