Unfortunately, this facility has really gone downhill. The daycare/family services are non-existent. Pretty evident that they are targeting a much older demographic.
I was assaulted by a man in the swimming pool. I told the lifeguard, aquatic director Mary Beth, and general manager Sharon. All 3 refused to help me. I filed a police report but UH is refusing to cooperate with the investigation. UH also has not reprimanded the man who assaulted me or cancelled his membership. If you get hurt they won’t help you, but if you hurt someone they sure will do their best to protect you.
Nice and clean
Friendly staff, clean facility and workout areas are easily accessible with trainers to assist as needed. Aquatics classes are provided with membership. The aquatics facility is all located in one area for families. Personal space also in the locker rooms with steam and dry saunas. Shower stalls are private with an area to change and a bench.
