I like to exercise in the water and when I heard the UH Wellness Center had four pools I made arrangements to take a tour. Taylor guided my tour. I was so impressed. Days later I met with Taylor to join the center. She thoroughly explained all the benefits of which I could take advantage. Great rehab and workout center. Indoor running track, pool and all the exercise equipment you will ever need.
Great facility in a neighborhood without many options. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The facility is clean. You have access to any fitness approach you'd like. Would highly recommend.
