Lackluster gym that needs new equipment and better maintenance. There are machines in need of repairs.
Nice facility and far better than an average hotel gym. Wish there was a bench press or that the dumbbell rack went up a little higher than 50 pound dumbbells so I could have done dumbbell presses.
Pretty decent for the location. Treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals. Chest press, incline chest press, pec fly machine, shoulder press, lat pulldown, back row machine, leg curl, leg extension, leg press, some low back and ab stuff. Dumbbells up to 50lbs and one bench. There are bosu balls too. Shower, restroom & sauna.
