Received my Speediance Gym monster 4 days ago, less than a week to ship. After opening I discovered some minor damage on the bench, contacted Fitness Casa and they’re sending me a new one! Solved in under 24hrs :) Awesome :))
Great service. Trying to arrange for a friend to pick up for me since I live in another city. Staff were helpful and went above and beyond to try to arrange a pick up. Due to unforeseen complications, ended up shipping. Dun know about the product but costumer service was 10/10!
Great service. Sold me a pair of 80lb octabells and out of the box they had defective handles. Sent a video of the handles changing weight without being on the base and fitness casa Sent me a new pair of handles and arrived within a couple of days. Glad to see they stand by their product even if it's being discontinued. Will definitely consider them for more of my fitness needs
