Fitness by Example Bootcamp is a great place to learn how to correctly get a good workout and be more healthy. The variety of exercises make each bootcamp session fun and challenging. Mike is a terrific trainer. He not only shows you the correct way to do each exercise but supports you every step of your journey. I've been with Mike and Fitness by Example for nine years. I've enjoyed every minute of it!

The Fitness By Example Boot Camps have been very effective for improving my health, losing weight and getting in shape. They have helped me drop 50 pounds. And although they are challenging, they are adaptable to any fitness level. I love getting my workout first thing in the morning to jump-start my day, and these Boot camps never disappoint.
