I've been to multiple gyms over the years and this is by far the best I've been to! The best balance of strength training with accessory exercises to prevent injury. Plenty of cardio options if you want it and some mobility to keep you loose and flexible. This is not a show off gym and they are always checking on correct form, supporting you to get your potential and willing to adapt exercises to your needs if you are working through an injury for example. Ryan and the crew at Fitness Boxx are amazing. They will care for you if your new to health and fitness, and push you if you want to challenge yourself and lift personal best 1RMs or conditioning circuits. On top of it all, they are great people. Legit 10/10.
This gym is the bomb! A functional fitness gym that is actually focused on your individual funtional movement!! Love the classes, love the people and love this gym!
Absolutely LOVE this gym. The owners and trainers genuinely care about your goals and show you proper technique, all while pushing you beyond what you thought you could do. The members are super friendly and it’s a great social community here too :)
