I Love it! I do what the instructor says and I push myself. The groups of people at each session are amazing we feed off of each other. Plenty of motivation from coaches and people around you. Work Hard, Push through, Don't Quit, You got this! Coaches will modify your sets if you need to. Best thing to do is Keep Coming Back!!!!
