Had an awesome time here! Flavio and Jay were great, super supportive and encouraging. Machines were set up along the walls so you can build strength with the weights, they also have a turf area beside that, as well as the obstacle set up. Obstacle course was very fun and challenging. Favourite part of the gym for me was where they had the boxing bags, if you wanna lift weights, work on OCR training, or even train for boxing; this is the place for you.

My team and I had such an amazing time here and we just did open gym. Their obstacle rig is great and the equipment and fitness options are never ending. When you think you've got something you will find a way to make it harder. We got to meet Flavio, Jay, and some regulars and everyone was very friendly and encouraging. We will be returning.

I am beyond impressed with this Gym and the Owner/Instructor Flavio. I was initially intimidated by this gym, or rather what I “thought” it was about, as it is unlike anything else out there, but it’s uniqueness and the people there is what makes it the best gym!!! I joined the class, and felt so welcome, everyone, Flavio and all of the clients were so supportive, a great atmosphere and great energy all around. Who knew working out could actually be such fun!
