I have been working with Tariq twice a week, for the past 32 years! He is responsible for the atmosphere at Fast Fitness, a warm, welcoming space, well-maintained and equipped. Tariq is an experienced, professional trainer who is dedicated to his clients. He supports us and he challenges us to consistently strive and strengthen our bodies during each workout. I started about 6 months ago in bad shape, with knees constantly hurting after tennis, and using knee braces to play. Now a feel 10 years younger. I’m lean, strong, and pain/knee brace free. Amazing. Huge fan of Josh and the facility.
