The coaches are so friendly and make you work hard. It is definitely for more advanced athletes, but they welcome everyone with excitement. Be prepared to sweat, burn, and feel great.

Fitness machines such as all the rowing are broken, have been broken for a long time and management has no intention of fixing them. When I asked when they would be fixed, a manager replied that gym has no plans to fix them. I can only assume that this is the policy for anything that breaks in the place.
Never fix broken machines. Everything they have is the cheapest option.
