Was in Sacramento for short stay and found Fitness Addiction....and so glad I did!! Coach Marco greeted me at the door and gave me a tour and great tips for my particular goals. Then I hit the weights. A great gym for serious weight lifters, and those wanting to learn, with a great community vibe. The group training together with another trainer looked like they were having a great time while lifting HEAVY! Had every possible equipment you'd need. You definitely want to check this gym out!!
Super awesome gym with tons of equipment, free weights, machines, attachments, cardio machines, etc. Coach Marco is super nice and welcoming and the atmosphere really makes it an enjoyable place to workout.
