Gym fees are in line with major players however this is definitely not the same case for the facilities, a few inexpensive improvements would go a long way, lights outside the property so you can actually see your way as you’re walking inside in virtually pitch black, a few air fresheners, closing off the squash court alleys as the smell and noise from muay thai really takes over the place. Great local Gym! Open 24/7 with key-card. Competitive prices! If you want the best, Ask for 'Smithy'. He is an honest, down2earth professional who understands every aspect of training and fitness.
Use to be a good gym but atmosphere has changed
Great local gym. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Good range of machines and free weights. I rarely go during peak times, when I have I have had no issue using machines or waiting. Everyone's quite respectful regarding disinfecting machines etc after use. Doesn't have they "fitness first" feeling which I like. It's a little more industrial and raw - good mirrors around too.
